BPM 400 rotor machine

BPM 400: Rotor machine for dry shotcrete works

BPM 400

BPM 400 sprayed concrete machines and systems are designed and built to be efficient, robust and flexible, using the rotor principle for delivery. The dry material is fed by compressed air in a thin stream to the spray nozzle, where water together with any additional liquid materials, such as accelerating admixtures can be mixed in. Due to its low-energy delivery, the thin stream process is also suitable for manual spraying. The BMP-400 equipment’s self-lubricating sealing plates also reduce machine wear and so therefore also help to optimize operating costs. The BPM-400 is suitable for all kind of dry sprayed works. İt has very compact design of the machine impresses through its dimensions, weight and performance. With just over 490 kg.
